At SMORE, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all SMORE designer tags and labels remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed by our quality team.
